Author of the book "MaxPoint: Your Journey to Maximum Significance," Frank Banfill is president of MaxPoint Ministries, which provides training, consulting and leadership development for churches and ministries. Frank is a passionate and exciting speaker who challenges audiences to move toward real life significance. In addition to his ministry work, Frank is a trainer and motivational speaker for businesses and other organizations.
Frank is a former missions agency executive and a pastor. He has spoken to tens of thousands of people, worked with hundreds of organizations and trained numerous leaders across six continents. He also has helped start dozens of churches. His extensive experience working with volunteers has given him great insight on how to motivate people and bring out the best in them. He has helped recruit hundreds of volunteers to serve third world and developing countries.
Along with his wife, Beth, Frank is the co-founder of MinistryTravel.com, a discount travel agency providing airfare each year for thousands ministry and humanitarian aid travelers.
